Easy ways to lose weight, without pills or drugs

There are definitely easy ways to lose weight, but to do this without drugs or pills, and while remaining healthy and eating a healthy diet is adding more to the challenge of weight loss, but it is still possible. However, it may take more effort on your behalf, but unfortunately, that’s what weight loss takes, effort by you, the person wanting or needing to lose a few pounds. Trainers and dieticians can help and advise, as can doctors and physicians, but it is ultimately your choice what you eat or don’t eat, and how you spend your time.

So, easy ways to eat lose weight, how can this be achieved? One of the easiest ways I know of to lose those pounds is by food combining. There is a lot of research that shows that if we put a variety of different types of food in our stomachs at the same time, then the stomach has a harder time digesting and processing it. This makes sense, and the stomach also prefers smaller amounts because it can cope with these better that way too.

One of the biggest changes to the diet in this case is when you eat fruit, assuming that you do eat fruit which you should, of course because you know it is good for you. If you eat fruit with nothing else, nothing immediately before it, or after it for a couple of hours, then it gives your stomach longer to process it, and it does a much better job. I have tried this, and having been unable to eat much fruit because of indigestion problems, for years and years, I can now eat a big plate of fruit at lunchtime, and I have no stomach problems after wards. It is amazing to me, that this happens, and along with eating healthier there are a couple of other interesting things.

Before starting on food combining, and I only do this for a couple of meals each day, the third meal is more “normal”, I had stomach problems galore, and ended up on prescription medications to reduce acid reflux etc, etc. By changing just two meals a day, I no longer need these medications, I am eating way healthier, and the other bonus is that quite unintentionally I lost weight. This has been reported by plenty of others who combine their foods, and it is amazing how much weight they have lost, without trying, and without exercising! It seems that when you combine your foods in the appropriate way then your stomach is more efficient at digesting it, provides you with more energy, and it can make a big difference to your weight loss.

But you don’t have to take my word for it. You can do a little research yourself, or a lot, and, if you think it is for you, give it a try. You have nothing to lose but excess weight, and a lot to gain in terms of health and a good feeling at your achievements. This is one of the easy ways to lose weight without pills or drugs, but of course you should check with your doctor before and during your experiment with food combining.
